So how does one subscribe to the offering? Contact info?  Does co. already have investors lined up? Maybe slimy hedge funds who did not want a restricted traded period. Didn't someone at Agoracom start a rumour about a 2 million sh PP?

if the theory is correct they need to publish the financials before setting a price. that would explain that. of course if true why not wait to announce a financing after the financials are out. baffling...

I doubt that you will receive a response to your partisipation Question,until after the final prospectus is made public and the Financing arrangements have finalized,,jmo
