Yeah, it's pretty unfortunate people work their whole life just to lose a big chunk of it on a promoters stock. Maybe take 3x zeros off the numbers being thrown around and you'll get closer to the truth.

Knowing how the accredited investors / promoters play dirty, I wouldn't be surprised if they were just selling and shorting the knowing they can pocket the difference when they use the financing to cover for pennies. Are these smart credited promoters getting margin called? Connect the dots......

I leave the dot connecting to Fantasy Land. There is enough wrong with Poet that i can see. No need to speculate.... Unfortunately Poet(Maxim) is gonna need promoters to pull this financing out of the fire. So, what can you say? Promoters are out there. Its up to investors to be level headed.

Food for thought at the very least! Those guys have been bleeding the retail shear holder for more than a decade. Me thinks this is the grand finally of whats been a decade long con. They definitely don't want retail running for the door while they maximize their shorting profits. They need them to hold the bag a few more weeks until they are done. JMO

across all stocks financings always result in a major sell off. it is always the same. the money bags always do this. you are not gonna change any of this by posting here. it is like trying to change the weather. it is simply part of the stockmarket. the problem is not the promoters, as somebody needs to sell something. YES. Royalton said his margin got called. So, it got called. Who cares? You cannot force feed me to believe otherwise, so just give it a rest. Poet needs promoters to keep the stock alive. Thats just how the stockmarkets work. It all comes with stocks. You don't like it, do not buy stocks.
