Even if you're still long POET, it would be extremely prudent to sell now and buy into the PP with the funds. This literally could be the last opportunity to reduce one's risks at this price.

if you havent Sold by now,you will be much better off to wait now and see if you can buy at market under a buck.,and if the PP doesn't go well the SP will for sure continue to tank.
