I believe this Collaboration agreement was already announced in their presentation back in Nov.
Nothing New from this NR,plus I thought there is No money in 100g and if I read it right ZKtel is a very small unknown Company with only 12 employees?
People are waiting to hear about the pressing issue of Financing,to ease the risks of POET continuing as a Going Concern.
Hard to figure how the boys think and leaves me to wondering why they would even issue such News in the middle of a financing.IMO
