Wrong. Insiders converted their debentures to units (1 sh + 1 wrt) and later on exercised wrts too. Also, .... Insiders of the Company and IBK Capital subscribed for over 47% of the first tranche of Convertible Debentures, including all of the Company’s board of directors and senior management team.

AND in doing so they made money, right?

The $5 warrants were exercised 1 year after the last time insiders sold shares so wrong.

So, maybe they sold to free up cash to excercise the warrants. It really does not make anything better.

Anyways, why not do it again? Too much risk?

Apples and oranges.. the Debenture financing was secured via a registered general security agreement, which included the proceeds of the firm sale of DenseLight and risk to the bondholders was minimal. Not even close to the level of Risk with this PP.
