Insiders purchased $710,000 of 2019 PP of convertible debentures.

Which they sold at the high.

Winter, are you sure of that? I don't think they did a single conversion! They just took the interest! These guys have NEVER done anything to help our (THEIR)  company  move forward! Milk it! Milk it! Milk it! Never going to be part of this raise or any other raise for that matter! How about cuts in their  HUGE salaries! NEVER! All comes back to the " grand" plan, ...more

Wrong. Insiders converted their debentures to units (1 sh + 1 wrt) and later on exercised wrts too.  Also, .... Insiders of the Company and IBK Capital subscribed for over 47% of the first tranche of Convertible Debentures, including all of the Company’s board of directors and senior management team.

AND in doing so they made money, right?

Totally unfair!! You know full well that's NOT even close to being the same thing!! They got PAID for doing that didn't they!
Comment by wintersun10 on Jan 05, 2024 5:47pm
Anyways, why not do it again? Too much risk?
Comment by maestrodrumboe on Jan 05, 2024 6:36pm
Apples and oranges.. the Debenture financing was secured via a registered general security agreement, which included the proceeds of the firm  sale of DenseLight  and risk to the bondholders was minimal. Not even close to the level of Risk with this PP.

So many years later they have blown it all. No place to make the stuff. Is that because their are no orders? Or is Sanan not living up to their obligations? Or is there another reason? So many questions. Absolutely no answers. No financing. Why? Poet should be private? Really? You have got to be kidding me. The reaon is incompetent management. Problems with manufacturing, sales and financings. ...more
