If you decide to instruct your broker not to make your shares available for lending to short sellers, the following is a sample of the language you can use in your email or letter to the Branch Manager of your brokerage account:

THe SP is .13c presplit..needs to climb 15 fold to get close to 2.00 presplit.give it another few days and we'll be at 10c PS...Nothing wrong with dreaming but!!. MDreamocracy...

We all know another financing is coming. Push and pull of competing interests. Irrespective of how good the tech is, history has shown the mismanagement of the capital raises has cost this company and its shareholders dearly. Nothing to indicate this pattern will be different this time. As noted, the tech can live on with or without the shareholders.
