It takes TWO YEARS of testing before Poet needs Sanan to make anything for FIT.

So, no. The JV does not need to be ready ANY TIME SOON, if ever(see US Tier1 scenario).

And they are never delayed. You know what happened with the US Tier1 announcement or all the other announcement of shipments in Q3 or Q4 for years and years? Poet has a long history of fizzled announcements. So, it is quite rich to say stop exaggerating. Poet is the master of announcement exagerations.
