Off take agreement!!

So winsome signed a 100%off take agreement meaning they have first choice at buying the cesium from pwm at market price which I think is valued higher than gold, plus they own 19.59 percent of the company. Pwm can void this contract if they pay winsome 8 million dollars.Any thoughts???or am I reading this wrong thanks..

Just so you know Winsome does not own any part of Case Lake but they do have the right to 5% of the sales of lithium, tantalum and cesium. Their share ownership is just that no different than your share ownership of PWM. The true value of this play is Case Lake and PWM own 100% of it. This is kind of a mute point though as PWM will never take Case Lake into production and will be bought out by ...more

Fair enough. We would be in great shape if it pans out that way.Never thought I'd stumble across a stock with that much potential. When this turns into beast mode it will grow legs very fast..

Lot's of interest and the word is getting out judging by the volume and upward price trajectory..Good sign .We have what the world needs and no one else can compete...That's very very special.

Looks like Winsome has a market cap of about $135 million, and I haven't looked at their financials. Not sure how it is they could buy PWM outright as they have a market cap of $62 million and would have to dilute to buy and develope the mine?

It could be a share deal , for every 2 shares you have of PWM you would get 1 share of Winsomes , but them being listed on the Australian market and us on a Canadian market I don't even know if it could be done , but I have been through one of those deals before .

What would be the benefit of merging with Winsome if they don't have the deep pockets to develop the mine? So we essentially give our shares to Winsome for 1/2 of their shares, essentially losing 50% of our value and still they would have to dilute or take on debt to develpe the mine? What if PWM shares double from .43 to .86 which would not be unheard of if the drill results are conclusive ...more

You would look at at market cap and the offer for shares would kind of go on that , I just used that for example,  there cap is around double of ours , I have been through a share deal before , now I wouldn't vote yes for it but these do happen , just using that scenario as an example,  at this point in time I wouldn't take anything less than 2 bucks .

The market is just starting to catch on what Case Lake and the Cesium can become , there is no Cesium mines in operation right now because it is extremely hard to find , who knows how high this share price could go if they find a large deposit of Cesium [ which I think there is ] here is a good example of what happened when they did find a discovery awhile ago .  This was put on by TRADER 53  ...more
