As a shareholder this is a must view. Note when he talks about house 79 hitting the bid every day at 12:59:59. This happens to us regularly in other words these naked shorts are in our market!

Looking for more info I googled CIBC Woodgundy vs Bockhold and it didn't pul up anything. I went to the BC suppreme court and was not able to find anything? Am I missing something?

For what I have read from various articles concerning short selling and naked shorts selling,my understanding is,and most of you kwow that,short selling is when someone thinks that share price is overvalued and sell is shares for a lower strike price and cash the difference if the strike price is ok. in that case the seller has to borrow shares that he sell and you kwow the story ect.ect.
