Totally missed this!
I totally missed this in the last interview. Haydn discussed the new permit that they applied for and this permit covers the remaining 11 Domes. He stated that they were planning on doing mag surveys boots on the ground geology and soil samples before they move a drill in. This is one very large undertaking not to mention a very costly pre-drill program. These Domes could be the key to turning Case Lake into a district scale resource.
Dr. Selway, VP of Exploration stated “The revised exploration model of searching for spodumene pegmatite dykes in tonalite/granodiorite domes has significantly expanded the potential of the property for additional LCT mineralization.
PWM expands land package following the discovery of 3 large domes being identified in the northern part of the Case Lake Property south of the Translimit Road. One day of prospecting on one of the domes in the north identified multiple pegmatite veins and patches in the granodiorite dome. One large dome has been identified in the eastern part of the Case Lake Property and was mapped as pegmatite and aplite in monzonite by the Ontario Department of Mines map. These numerous pegmatite outcrops on the Case Lake Property have no historic exploration work on them.
Additional staking has added 4 more granitic domes to the Case Lake Property bringing the total to 14 domes. Each dome has the potential to host Li-Cs-Ta pegmatite dykes close to surface. The new domes are Abbotsford, Joe Creek, Kenning Lake and Circle Lake. The highlight of the staking is the acquisition of the Abbotsford dome in Abbotsford township. The Abbotsford dome is located on the east end of the 12 km long mineralization trend from West Joe Dyke to Main Dyke to Northeast Dyke to Dome 9. The Abbotsford dome has excellent access with the Translimit Road next to it as well as several logging trails within in it. This dome also has abundant outcrop.
This ambitious undertaking for 2025 further supports my belief that PWM will soon announce a Senior Strategic Partner who will assume the tasks of bringing Case Lake into production while PWM completes a property wide exploration program designed to discover additional deposits at or near the remaining 11 Domes. To date PWM have worked on three domes and 3/3 led to near surface economic grade LCT's. Dr. Julie believed that Case Lake could become a district scale resource hosting multiple LCT deposits and it appears that 2025 is going to be the year that tests her geological model that associated the economic grade LCT's with the Domes. Looking forward to an exciting year!
