If you are correct and there is another QR that isn't good then the rebellion to change members on the board of directors will be justified but the changes that really happened didn't really make any changes if the new members came in with the same mind set as the previous ones. imo.

By the way. If you look at past QR releases in november, there is still plenty of time to do a news announcement.
