yeah for sure, could expect a lot of good news other than just the dividend.  As a note I find the timing of the first dividend to be intriguing and the second payment was doubled so things are seemingly going very well. I am not exactly expecting another dividend payment, but it would be a nice treat. I think if we get some good news like you outlined, this can hit 1.2 -1.5 / share. I'm
