As indicated on SEDAR, asset manager BLACKROCK acquired 11,212,841 shares of Robex from the financing closed in July 2024. This participation is in addition to that of our strategic investors, Mr Georges Cohen (3,179,724) and Eglinton Mining (2 x 2,752,817).
