As far as the chinese they won't be acting in the best interest of Namibia. The chinese built a power plant in botswana that I don't think to this day is operational. If you want to cut it throat go ahead do a jv with the chinese, I think reco management are a bit smarter than that. Good luck and happy Juneteenth.
