Recaf loves to drop bad news on Friday pms and especially on Holiday weeks. So I am expecting another as early as today, Friday the 7th.

Ok I was THREE days off from their permits granted news. It is predictable when they will release some news to prop up Recaf but still "smoke and mirrors"!
