I'm assuming they are presenting at the conference?  Wonder what news they could possibly share that we havnt already heard 100's of times already?

As far as I can detect Recaf is not presenting- or even attending; but it is still early. Right you are cyrust; what would they have to present on? How they have angered and upset the locals and environmentalists?  Amazingly the off shore discoveries have been done in less time and under more difficult challenges - drilling under the ocean!
