So this poor soul is joining the crew of the "Titantic" of African oil. No matter how many people come and go the outcome will be the same: no oil!

The credentials these new hires have are actually very impressive  iits safe to assume they have done alot of DD before taking these jobs ans javelin a solid idea of what they have with this project. I see this as very good news for reco.

Let us remember that Captain Smith of the Titantic was one of the most respected and experienced skippers of the time Had he even done a cursory inspection and investigation he would have easily discovered what a piece of non completed floating junk it was. Brains is no guarantee of infallibility!
