Steve would not be happy on how Diane is running the company.   Thirty years of poor performance.  Take it private finally.

why do you think they do not take it private? Are there kids in line that will take over in the next generation, and with shares more spread out in the family it will be easier to be public? On the other hand, one can view the - somewhat aggressive - buybacks as a slow motion buyout. The Reko family aren't selling any shares as far as I am aware?
