Do you know they have some of the largest undrilled land bases of all comparable companies? do you know they have large oil in place reservoirs that they've ignored for years because they were chasing 1 in 10 targets and now those assets can be developed properly? do you know that Real was too proud to farm out any of their 1000+ locations and now Tristar will? what do you know?
Tristar's managment knows how to run a company and with Real's assets is going to churn out consistently good decisions and get larger much quicker than they could without the merger.
