there is no Al Fahim Da.  The DA for up to 40 mil euros was in fact with Vesilen.  

Al Fahim is still pending

I don't talk share price, Bash.  I have said numerous times that revenue or WL's (bigger ones!) will move the share price.  There is no pumping. steve had access to up to 40 mil euros, he did not use it.  It shouldn't be on the financial statements unless it's planned on being used.  This is not that big of a deal.   Once Dubai license is granted
