There is lots ot read about on this equity investment, I recommend you grab a cup of coffee and go back many press releases. My interpretation is the investment will be in the form of a offer to purchase all shares at a certain price. All the regulators have signed off and now we await that number in the offer. I think it will be a multiple of current share price which is why I added more
