Complain all you want about Steve (what a good use of valuable time in life), the stock is and will be trading so he hasn't done anything wrong. the same people thought he would announce 10m options for himself so they are now desperately scrambling for the next fear monger attempt

Let the regulators deal with everything. Let's not speculate on right or wrong. It is a core part of our public markets framework for the public to be able to share concerns with regulators. Filing a complaint does not mean Steve did something wrong, it means people have concerns. The presumption of innocence applies at all times.

That said, Steve needs a bit of teaching on "English as a second language." His news releases are incomprehensible at times but hilarious all the time.
