Update from RevoluGROUP with Meridien Holdings

Update on the MoU with Meridien Holdings.

We have signed an extension of the MoU until August 13, 2024. Since the signing of the MoU we have been sharing a series of documentation necessary for the signature of the definitive agreements but due to the tight calendar, there has not been enough time to finalize those agreements and documents in order to be reviewed by lawyers and compliance from both parties, therefore, both parties we have decided to extend the deadline to the mentioned date.
