A few on this channel are posting that a DA will be signed and delivered this week. That will not happen until the exchange approves the MOU/PP. I find it perplexing why some on this channel put the cart before the horse. What a blast.

The exchange already approved the MOu that's why it was announced 4 days after it was signed

Why has the MOU not been shared ? Is that not odd ? No one knows what the MOU says nor does anyone know which terms are/are not binding.

You don't know what you're talking about, you'll see very shortly I thought an MoU was worthless? binding means nothing, the last one was binding and didn't happen

There is no news release that shares a copy of the full signed MOU.

The MOU is in the news release, all terms there
