On June 24, 2024, a company named Meridien Holdings LLC was incorporated in the U.S. state of Wyoming, the only state that does not require shareholders or directors to disclose their identities.

Just 26 days later, on July 19, 2024, two paid news articles surfaced on obscure fintech blogs, claiming that the newly formed Meridien Holdings had acquired a 27% stake in DKK Partners Ltd, a UK corporation with a share capitalization of approximately CAD 30. Under the Companies Act 2006 in the United Kingdom, a company is required by the UK Government to notify Companies House of any changes to its significant shareholders (persons with significant control, or PSCs hold 25% or more of issued shares) within 14 days of becoming aware of the change. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in the company and its officers committing a criminal offense, which can lead to fines or, in more severe cases, imprisonment.

No record of Meridien Holdings' shareholdings in DKK Partners has ever been filed with the UK government, as can be verified through official channels by visiting the following link.

Thank you for your explanation. Jaytee after reviewing your history it appears the only stock you have ever commented on through these channels is Revo, no other. So to your previous post, it appears it is you who has created an account to only comment on Revo. Please explain why you comment on no other stock.
