It appears many have been mislead including the exchanges. As a shareholder I am nervous to say the least. This entire proposal appears to be a house of cards that may fall apart.

You can bet your bottom dollar that this thing is going to fall apart again. There's no money in penny stocks. Look at the past history on this stock, nothing good happened. Look at the losses they have and their profits, pure garbage for all the years they've been around. Best for you guys so get the hell out of here
