desjardins +575,000 shares
Questrade +725,000 shares
scotia +400,000 shares
instinet -891,000 shares

seems to be some interesting transfers happening, a lot of it at ATS like questrade today right before close buying once again. Who is buying? (Not me). But I wouldn't be surprised if new management is buying off old management open market
