Rozier and Cohen's filings do not state who bought them.  The buyers haven't filed yet. Rozier and Cohen were not on the BOD of this one, from what I can see Rozier is now active in NWX only.  It makes me wonder why they would sell such a wonderfully maintained shell like this.

Barry Hartley and Brent Hahn filed yesterday as the owners of the blocks sold by Rozier, Cohen and Dunfield.  They own around 50% of RGM now.
