Squeeze

Just think about it.. The SP was hovering between $1-$1.3 since July. The earnings were about 500k/qr with the burn between 2-4mil per quarter. Now (in the next two weeks) we should be cash flow positive with earnings somewhere around 4mil/qr. That means that the SP should be somewhere in the range of $4-5 (assuming the same multiples). Ok, lets be conservative here and cut the multiples in half.. Still, it gives us $2.5 per share! Those f..ing penny flippers are really screwing us here! I say we buy all those cheap shares and hold them till they get to where they should be $2-$3 per share. Shouldn't be that hard..

Hi Einstein, Your SP calculation is wrong. It is not measured by the multiples of ebitda/share in the growing companies because if it was, the companies with negative ebitda would have a negative SP. Have you ever seen a share priced at -$1..?

SAAS companies are valued on revenue and growth and not earnings since most have negative EBITDA.  If you think it should be valued on earnings you should not be investing in this sector or even in venture stocks at all. SAAS companies have an average 10x multiple on revenue with at least 30% growth and negative EBITDA. A Company growing at over 2x the next few years, with positive ...more

Iscfa what numbers of clients each qtr and year end are going to make up $40MM net revs in 2022?  Seriously do you believe we are going to see $40MM 2022 fy?   I take it you mean july 2022 to june 2023fy, not jan 2022 to dec 2022 calendar year. And that EBITDA margin. We currently have no experience of what these margins might be but recent financials show prospectively (on very ...more

Good for you, thinking that one might rely (for once) on Crossley's utterances. Have they ever come to fruition? eom

I'm with Isfca, non profitable companies are valued on the belief that management can deliver what they say they can deliver (Guideance) and without continually issuing new shares or debt (Cash Flow). That is exactly what Isfca said, then he/she shared their ideas on the valuation once profitable. This is a board to share opinions not to judge others thoughts. And you are free to disagree ...more
