The symptom of shorters scrambling for cover. For months this has been a dangerous company to short, and the malfeasance performed by White Diamond likely baited some people into shorting "too." We have gone from "dangerous" to nearly suicidal to short now. The company is finally showing the traction we have hoped for for years.

EdinColorado, I do agree with your post, the real proof will be in the financial reports as to how well Reliq health is performing. At this point I am causiously optimistic, many shareholders and potential investors remain skeptical about this company because of all the blunders in the past. That being said, 2 or 3 really good quarters and no more missteps would go a long way for both investors

They are building their customer base rapidly, so unless something really unpredictable happens, the good quarters you mention seem inevitable. I was ticked that after they emailed us about the revenue call and webinar, they did not follow up with an e-mail announcement that it was cancelled and would be rescheduled. Once again I agree with your comments. Some here would say don't sweat the small stuff, however a delay in filing the financial report often does not go well. In this case everything worked out, however the company certainly could have handled this situation much better.

Missing deadlines is one thing but every year Reliq has to restate the Q1,Q2,Q3 fins due to errors caught by auditors in Q4. This makes the quarterly fins unreliable. If you back out Q4 stock comp it is negative $521,296. This is obviously wrong because the annual MDA shows Q4 loss to be larger than the backed out no. by $1,521,836.
