IN MY OPINION

The company is and was poorly managed and it starts with and ends with the CEO. If she was a good CEO she should have or at least ought to have known something was wrong. She remained as CEO till recently.

A good CEO would have recognized they were at fault for not seeing the alleged fraud and immediately resigned. IMO

This guy got it right.....IMO

Lisa has already commented on the alleged stock manipulation scheme.  Let's hope her testimony (if she's asked to give it) might help bury these guys, if indeed they are guilty.  Regardless, the whole thing is a half a decade old and doesn't affect Reliq at this point. To think that they threw ex employees under the bus by suing them for fraud and then the former CEO wished the alleged pump and dump former CFO (A Thindal) the very best and thanked him for his fine service!
