reply from IR Scott to my questions of annual filing delay

"Hi Scott:

Reliq expected the filing on Jan 12. It did not do the filing. If there is another delay, why there is no a PR for the delay this time ?"

the reply

"Thank you for your interest in Reliq.  The Company will put out an update shortly.  We generally have the Regulators and the Auditors review and comment on any PR related to the MCTO or the audited annual financials before sending out and that can delay them by a few days to a week.

Best Regards,

Scott

Result of noncompliance and no communication drove down the stock almost 15% in the States today, although it has row risen back to a loss of "only" another 8%. Just getting an announcement from IR on the reason for extended delay could likely have prevented this. Getting even minimal communication from IR is like pulling teeth. Seems like no one wants to do their jobs and doesn't ...more

if one is looking for apathy or sympathy its not in the play book of RHT.  But that should not  come as a surprise. Its the company culture as mentioned previously.

Thanks Scott.  It looks like regulators decided to make a comment on the company's continuing B.S., by issuing a CTO.    Please give my congratulations to the world's best management on yet another job well done.   Also, well done , showing the new director and supposedly new investors from the PP, just what kind of clown show they decided to sign up for.  ...more

Pretentious. Notice the use of capital letters and using "The Company" instead of just using the company name. Regulators and auditors were  not proper nouns when I studied. And, does  not even use the proper company name, which is not just Reliq. One would surmise that he would have a short cut on his keyboard to type this complete and he would show more pride in the company ...more

It is proper to use capitalization in text that is intended to designate a specific capitalized noun name referenced earlier in the text. Such use prevents having to keep using the proper noun repeatedly.

Talk about grasping at straws.  Can't we simply do what we have no other choice but do, ie., wait for the concrete data? I guess not.  I have to admit I'm just as ticked at the curt response from Scott, given that Shields was more forthcoming in this interview, particularly his clear statement that cash flow remains elusive.
