The MoneyNarrative has placed his bet. Terrible odds....

Why an investor as sofisticated as the MoneyNarrative guy is still behind MGT given the history and recent events surrounding the stock, is beyond me. Most sofisticated investors would have played the odds, and bailed by now. Too risky and when playing these risky stocks, risk MGT is key.

Even the former CEO, placed by alleged pumpers and dumpers bailed recently, after pumping the stock for months with unkept unreasonable promises, under the guise of health reasons.

Odd's are thing will not end well, and as a sofisticated investor t MoneyNarrative guy should know this. Talk about gambling, unless he is some how paid by RHT to pump them, makes no sense, Who knows?

All my opinion of course.

They are value players right. They think they see value and then they hold things forever based on those beliefs on value. Win some lose some with a very long time horizon. And maybe its with other peoples money.  No regards for probabilities or stops. Basically zero risk management.

Putting aside what is claimed here that Reliq is not a real company.  Two years of financials audited by KPMG make that claim clearly false.  There is underlying and unrealized value for the Company.  Their software has intrinsic value, their  customer base ( even if not fully onboarded or compliant) has significant value and they have been paid for the services they provide ...more

Well, the fact that current audit takes over 7 months and counting, and KPMG clearly disagrees with the numbers reliq wants to put out is clear indication the company is rotten. That's on top of what we already knew: - write-downs - Fake NRs - Lack of collections 1) The Software isn't worth 50mln. You pulled this number out of your behind. The software generates no cash. Just because ...more

Just FYI, After losing all credibility due to posting on this board using different aliases,  Lifeboat is raising the ante to try Lifeboating the last few Relq's gullible shareholders.... his problem is that it won't move the SP needle stuck at near oblivion by a notch... it's going to take more assertive lies a la ex CEO Lisa Crossley!

$50 million minimum for an acquisition at this point.  Good financials come out could be $100 million plus. $10 million for the software $10 million - $25 million for the collected sales $30+ million for the customer base Most companies are bought for the technology or the customer  base.  It doesn't matter what the existing contracts are or how sucessful they have been.   ...more

As I said it's never going to zero.  Some one would but it well before the .  I would love to see it go close to zero.  I would personally buy it for pennies on the dollar.
Comment by Lifeboat1 on Feb 05, 2024 4:58pm
