Icsfa, Thanks for this real gem from C.Shields probably from Reliq' main advisor... if this doesn't open the eyes of the long shareholders still firmly believing in Reliq' potential... they are just been advised to be patient forever towards infinity which by definition is pretty long particularly towards the end!

Why would updated guidance that it may take them longer to get to $100 million in revenue be an eye opener for those who are long. This is not the first time the company has updated guidance and I don't think any of us that are long are worried if it takes a year or 3 years to get there as long as the company continues to make positive progress.

10 bagger if get to $100 million/yr in revenue. 40% ebitda = $40 million / 250 million shs = $01.6/sh ebitda x 15 multiple = $2.40

Lifebloat is also missing the fact that Reliq has a low margin care management component (labour intensive) that takes it even further away from pure SAAS multiples.

I will explain it to those who don't understand the genius of a pass through that generate 50% or higher GM. It has lower GM than SAAS but due to it being a pass through product there is little in the way of SG&A so the EBITA margins is likely 30%-40%. Yes I would buy a company that can generate 30% GM from its commodity product line.

Reggie, I can't see how they can do another raise given the stock price and performance. Too risky to even short a bought deal, as a hedge. As far as the audit, the auditors have had more than enough time, to rebuild the whole year of transactions for RHT. No audit takes this long. Going Concern problem?? Probably in my opinion. GLTA
