These NRs on SNF contracts are misleading.  $65 per month makes it sound like the patient is receiving care indefinitely when the average stay is 1 month and at home follow up may be a short period too.

This is supposedly how this industry operates. Test it out on a limit cohort, if it works then expand the coverage. It's not fluff it's business. What we don't know is how much revenue it's generating, what expectations for revenue generation to client has.

Just to remind you we are all mortal so "indefinitely" shouldn't be in your mind, which is where YOUR interpretation comes from. If a patient only uses the service for two or three months then their description is still valid. Stop assuming perfection, it's not part of the real world. Next thing you know the human calculators turn up to multiple 60,000 by 65 by 12.
