Crossley delinquent filer

She's no longer an insider so why catch up now? I think Reliq has been talking with the BCSC this whole time trying to avoid delisting. Recently the BCSC discovered Crossley's failed filings and decided to downlist co. to NEX in August (and not totally delist) on the condition that Crossley get her damn filings up to date.

If some of the posters on this board are the example of the average Reliq shareholder I am glad I am not one.

Another reason why to catch up now on late insider filings is because co. wants to comment on Crossley's departure in a note to financials and wants to brag that she still holds a lot of shares by quantifying the no. but discovered the no. was less than anticpated.
