If this had happened when the stock was trading it would have crashed. Mgmt doesn't seem to care how sloppy they are while the stock is halted.


@Sailorman For what it’s worth (not sure why I received this reply a day after Eoj123 - I sent my inquiry last Friday): Hello *****, The appointment of a new board has been in the works for a while.  The announcement of the resignation of the old board was supposed to coincide with the announcement of the new board but for some reason the press Release came out early. There is no impact on the 2023 filings they should be completed as planned. Best Regards, Scott
