Great post swyint. Man, here's a must read

I just read that the giant USA corporation Kroger with 2,800 stores and nearly 500,000 employees is being sued because of reneging on a massive hand sanitizer order of 40 Million bottles worth over 100 Million Dollars American. They supply mega stores like Walmart and Sams and on and on. Looks like hand sanitizer manufacturers are going to be looking/begging for a way to sell they're product.
This is a big story and there definately will be fallout coming down the tube. Enough from me, just google Kroger 85 Million dollar lawsuit and you'll get where I'm coming from. Good or bad, something coming our way.................MW

All I can find out at this time is that the manufacturer of sanitizer is out of New York GLTA

So what we can gather is - RLV's hand sanitizer isn't worth a damn thing. But I thought hand sanitizer was in demand?? Or that's what I've been told by the RLV stockhouse employees the past 6 months.

So, let's connect the dots - late on financials = trying to release financials with 20m contract fins so the sp doesn't go to a penny, that's obvious at this point, Aurelios attempt to hide the dismal hand sanitizer pivot. The change of auditors now looks to be just an excuse to delay said financials, not anything to do with needing a bigger company, that is now obvious as well. And ...more

I didnt buy into this stock for the hand sanitizer there must be 1000 comapanies making it now. If they are not delivering on the PPE orders we are done lrets hope that part of the business is going forward. It is pretty hard to compete with China for mass produced anything though.

Well put w-e-y-say, I'm with you. I have a very good feeling about RLV because of our connection with H-source. It's a synergy that's got a great chance for the making of a great business. They, which is now us, have a lot going for us. Just look at what H-source has brought to our table. Looks really, really good.....MW

3 cent shares are a gift!

3 cent are a gift? How many times I heard this in the past! 3 cent show me just how incompetent the management is. Last year the loading zone was at 0.01.
Comment by Chas15 on Dec 07, 2020 2:51pm
They said 0.05 was a gift, then 0.045, 0.04 and 0.035. No surprise that they say 0.03$ is a gift now...same song and dance. They are most likely dumping their position slowly to get out of this sh!t, like the typical pumpers they are. Leaving their minions holding the bag.

Aurelio has mentioned the DELAYS. PPE supply delays? YOU DON'T SAY. This has been in the news since MARCH. No surprises here. This is the PPE market. The surprise is that, in the same breath he spoke of the delays, he EXPECTS to DELIVER on one or more of SEVERAL CONTRACTS THIS MONTH. Let's see.

I have held this but should have trusted my gut feeling to go with the shroom stocks.Luckily I have some strong movers I dont know if this will ever go anywhere if the earnings are not out this week I am out.
Comment by Chas15 on Dec 07, 2020 10:25pm
There's a zero percent chance they are released this week. Rlv will continue to gradually trade lower. No direction

Maybe this is yer chance

Hi w-e-y-say.  Might be a good idea to hold RLV for another 30 to 90 days unless you need to sell before year end for tax purposes. Next year is only a few days away at this point which means a new ball game in the trading world. Funny how things change so fast at the begining of a new year. A lot of information " NR's " are held back until the start of the new year. It's a ...more

Sinxe 2016, every year has been the same for RLV: big promises, followed by horrible financials EVERY QUARTER. Your only hope is to get out before: a. The Securities Regulators put a complete Cease Trade Order after three fillings have been missed, and RLV can't even keep up with the required biweekly updates. b. They run out of cash, or dilute you yet again (remember May?) and make the ...more

Michael is a parrot. Repeating the same things over and over again. He's certainly on the RLV payroll
Comment by neoneil on Dec 08, 2020 11:09am
My take on all this, year ends not so good, third quarter extreamilty good and companies looking forward statment great! It would not surprise me they want to release year end folowed by 3rd  quarter.  So we wait    n
Comment by Chas15 on Dec 08, 2020 11:20am
They are dragging their feet on quarterly fins because they are atrocious, and they failed investors with their hand sanitizer pivot. If that's not obvious to people then you're helpless. And for year end fins, they will be bad too. You'll see revenue down and expenses up, consulting fees will be high as well as Aurelio and his family members will be paid handsomely while he prepares ...more

Q2 or Q3 is where the PPE revenue will show up. But shareholders will not need to wait that long to see the SP react to the PPE contracts.
