The property is accessible via Sonora State Highway 20 and a network of all-weather roads. Grid electrical power lines are within 6.5 km of the property. The Guadalupe y Calvo (GyC) Property is located in the municipality of Guadalupe y Calvo, in the southwest region of the northern state of Chihuahua, Mexico, approximately 300km in a straight line from the state capital, Chihuahua City. The project comprises 10 mineral concessions covering 2,750 ha.
