Metzger, no one is buying  shares presently until there is some positive indication that Dermaprecise is going to market as well as Replicel will get a positive judgement in this ongoing arbitration with Shiseido. this could go completely the other way oif Shiseido wins this arbitration.  You an I and many others are all in with this company with huge piles of worthless shares at this

Ingiboy it is now the Perfect point to invest and to speculate. if Replicel announces the Shiseido Deal or the commercialization of the dermaprecise then the Stock Price is at 5-10$ - After that it is to Late to invest. if you Want to take the rocket you have to invest now if you Want to take the bulker ship then invest After all unknowns Are cleared

Nice thought  but hardly  reality unfortunately.  Since the insiders have  most of the stock,  not much  chance  of being voted out. i  can relaye to the frustration  but  ??  we will just have to  wait and see!!   and WAIT  and WAIT!!! GLTA

Yes the insiders have the majority of the stock and you can bet that the major shareholders know what is going on.  It is just us "peasants" that are being kept in the dark.  Surely they have a planned timeline of how much more testing and tweeking is needed on the dermal injector before submitting it for FDA Approval.  For cr_p sake why can they not share it with us

Bellend, where did you find this announcement ?  As usual we have no idea what is going on.  What type of meeting is this ?   Meeting Type: (blank) Is it the announcement of the AGM or is it a special meeting ? What does this mean:  "upcoming Meeting of Security Holders for the subject Issuer:"

The transparency of this company has become a pathetic joke.  Why in hell is everything a mystery: Are they going to have an AGM or an SGM on Oct. 31th ?  The shareholders have a right to know what kind of meeting this is.  If it is a SGM, what type of resolution is being voted on ?
