Arbitration

From my understanding (Google) an arbitrator can take 30-90 days to after receipt of the last brief to conclude on an outcome. 


If this is accurate, we could still be 30-60 days out from any formal decision

I think the next step in the process is the Hearing after both sides have submitted their information to the arbitrator.  "The parties and arbitrators meet in person to conduct the hearing in which the parties present arguments and evidence in support of their respective cases. This is crazy.  From the way I see the  rules,  the parties  have about  90  days  following initiation  to  put their case out  and  agree on the  arbitrator.  Then  they have a hearing   and  have some to and  from.  Then  60  days  (or less)  after the hearing ends the arbitrator   ...more

Bluemoons20 I couldn't agree with you more.  This total lack of transparency by Replicel with this Arbitration process is unacceptable.  Why can they not tell the shareholders what stage of the Arbitration proceedings they are at presently. I think what has delayed the process is Shiseido waited 11+ months from the start of the Arbitration to submit their case  (I am assuming ...more

Agree  entirely. Guess I  missread  or read the  rules too quickly.  Looked like it said  once announced  party has 30  days  , respondent then 30  days  and then  first party has another30 days to respond   and  then it  goes to hearing  with  45 days to select  arbitrator  (  which  is ...more
