ADMINISTRATIVE BURDEN

Andrew Schutte talks about how the administrative burden will be reduced under the proposed 'purchase' by the private company. This is a total falsehood (I am being polite.).

Even after the company deducts expenses (ie. perhaps one million per year salary for the CEO?, etc. etc.) related to running the business, there are additional administrative charges on royalties - 92% (100% - 8%) and on any asset sales 25% (100% - 75%)!

Just say NO!

Very sad That Mr Schutte didnt adjust his offer to us. He is simply a criminal lier. tbh Andrew Schutte was the worst thing this company could meet. Lee Buckler wouldnt have done this move. With Lee Buckler i wouldnt have invested that high amount of money. Andrew Schutte frauded all of us i want this guy will loose all his money. if he will succeed with his plan. I'd Like to love to meet him ...more
