At the end of the day  hope the  SMALL  shareholders have the opportunity to  vote.  Some other stocks I  own  had meetings and votes  and I  was not  informed  or  had a chance to  vote.  Sometimes these big platforms miss  shareholders. Though  possibly  stacked against us  - would like to have the

Totally agree Bluemoons20 we have to stick together.  I think if this takeover bid is voted down we may get a real offer rather than this nonsense !

Ingiboy:- You earlier stated your concern about who the directors of the PRIVATE Company may be. I'm also concerned about the possibility that some of the Board Members of Replicel may own companies that in turn own portions of the PRIVATE Company.

Bluemoons20:- Better make sure the Transfer Agent has a record of your shares. Odyssey Trust claims that they do not have my shares on record (should have been transferred over from Computershare).

Is it sufficient to show Odessey the annual deposit statement of my Broker?  which is the correct document i have to ask for my Broker that i Can Register at Odessey for Voting?
