NLRCF owns 20% of Medicine Springs and trades with a 2 million dollar market cap?  Once drilling starts at Medicine Springs it will probably jump to 15-20 million.  Then if they hit anything, this could be an 80 bagger.  Realty

Yeah, it all sounds good, but NL has a burn rate of over 400k per year and will soon be out of cash.  This is just the right time for a promotion, ahead of further dilution.  I may be a buyer, but not before the next financing.

Before that happens Reyna is going to or should step in and buy NLR in an all stock transaction 1 RSL for 5 NLR shares. Then the assets would be divided where Medicine Springs property would go to R. Silver and the Secret Pass gold property to R. Gold.

Yeah, right.  So what's the market thinking of this today?  Nothing. Currently, NLRCF has 10,000 shares on the bid at 1.8 cents and 289,000 shares on ask at 2.58 cents, with ZERO sales (so far).  The ask is far higher than yesterday's closing price with a ton of sellers, and no one is biting.  Good luck.

If you are waiting for a time to buy, it wont get much lower than this.  How much lower can it get?  Northern Lights is at a 2 million dollar market cap.  If you wait for good news, this will be at 20 million market cap in a blink of an eye.  You have to decide when the risk reward ratio works out for you.  Maybe news comes out before a financing on Tin Cup or Medicine

Already today, you are being proven wrong.  The price fell 11 percent between Monday's closing price and Tuesday's.  Today's bid is even lower than yesterday with no trading so far, and the volumes are grossly distorted, favoring lower prices still.  If the price goes back to where it was just two weeks ago -
