Partner Northern Lights - something funny
I hate to be the one to bring this up here after turning away a pumper, but a halt pending news was issued for NL just over an hour got. The stock and volume were going bonkers, AND AT LAST THE CHECK THE PRICE WAS 100 PERCENT OF YESTERDAY'S CLOSING PRICE!
How can this be when it was halted pending news yet is still trading? Very weird! Also funny that we had a pumper here just days before this happened. Strange, or is it?

Still halted but up 220 percent now. No news. Weird.

Reyna's drilling at Medicine Springs as they have a JV agreement in place. So whatever's happening over at NLR likely involves Reyna and is likely drilling results. Or is NLR also drilling at a different site? Otherwise wouldn't Reyna be haulted as well?

That's what I'm trying to figure out as well. And it looks like it was halted in Canada at 1:45 on 4 million shares. Can this be right that it halted in Canada but continued trading in the US? I think someone somewhere is in deep do do.

Its most likely a big discovery at surface at Tin Cup. Gold, luckily I threw a bit at this one for fun... since it was very cheap. We will see by Tuesday. Lets hope Reyna's drill results awe the mining world... and also have a massive jump that will get rid of all the shorts for good.

How can a halt be called then be seemingly be ignored by brokers in the US (but honored in Canada)? If I am correct, I suspect all of those who traded after about 1:40 pm will find their transactions reversed. I am still perplexed.

Trading in NL hit a wall at 3:28 with the bid at 6 and the ask at 9. The volume then was about 666k in the US. Then in the last seconds of the day, someone was eager enough to hit that 9 cents taking down 10k shares, taking the gain on the day to almost exactly 350 percent, apparently while trading was supposed to be halted. WTF?.
