i wish i could believe the insider buying is meaningful but the balance sheet and c/f says it all. It's really odd how they seldom reduce their payables.....they're probably the customer

Q1 2017 - Sales down 15% & losing money - a vicious circle
Horrible Q1! Now losing money because company has not found a way to monetize its channels and video library. Dividend is seriously at risk too. Now trading under $1. Everyone is blowing their brains
