The chinese deals are to some extent based on personal relationship. I can understand the importance of Howard being part the business team. But it is not necessary that he is CEO. I think he is planning to step down as the company grows. When? I really want a senior in charge of the business team before anti-aging is negotiated. Cannot afford this one to slip into a lame deal.
