In my opinion, the update shows that we are facing a decisive phase. Both the potential pharmaceutical deal and antiviral test results are likely to have a MASSIVE impact on the course. Both are probably only a few weeks away ("Completion of the final legal due diligence", "We expect results by the end of February 2022"). And - without wanting to tell me that - I think that the Top 10 Pharma have understood the possibilities of the technology (platform) from Sirona after this immensely long due diligence. IF you license TFC-1067 I'm pretty sure it won't just stay that way.
Because of the options: yes, a little "insensitive" just to bring this after "bad news" came in December about Wanbang. However, options are just that: options. They are only exercised if the course has developed significantly positively. And it is also a kind of "payment". Despite all the criticism, one should be fair enough and just see how LITTLE watered down Sirona in contrast to other biotech companies. For example, I've had Redhill Biopharma, an Israeli biotech company, on my watchlist for many years. They have been watering down on a huge scale for years. Just google it: "Redhill Biopharma Offer". So far they have hardly done anything with all that money. Success can still come, but that's not the issue here. I just want to say: 4 million options are, in my opinion, "peanuts". MUCH more important is that they achieve the goals set. And from my point of view absolutely positive things are priced into the nothing rating.
After many months of waiting (and the high opportunity costs) everyone is annoyed and disappointed. But: that is biotech. Years of research can end up in vain (see TFC-039 / Wanbang). But IF there is success, then it can go very quickly in completely different valuation ratios. That’s why I’m here. If you can't live with such a starting point, you shouldn't invest here or waste time with frustration postings. It's just not rational.
