I contacted the company. No insight into why this person is selling at 0.21, perhaps somone looking to cash out from warrants purchase as lcsfa says. what was quite encouraging was that they did say "there has never been a time in the history of Sirona where the prospects look as good as they do now" their words, impressive.

so tickler, that was a long winded response to your standard response: maybe yes, maybe no, maybe maybe?. Lol I take your point and I am not immune to BS. But if they actually do get an announcement off soon then I think we will all have to change our assessment tactics here about what/when we should take as gospel and what not. I still think that confidence is very interesting in the least.
