.06 bid .105ask, last trade at 10 cents.

My comment is that Howard should be fired immediately for incompetence at SBM, along with his colleagues.

They cannot afford a CEO now that Howie has lost all of our Market Cap. So that will be the excuse for further borrowing at astronomical rates or more dilution. Howie has run out of digits to stick in the damn and cannot hold back the inevitable dump any longer. Hire a summer MBA co-op student to do the job, odds are he will get more done.

Daily bids are removed after the close and can give misleading impression. However, I'm concerned - not so much for single digits because most of the sellers triggers a loss, but lack expectations are reflected. The science are usually successful and results from two important clinical studies are expected within a few weeks so I guess the rationale is that the market doesn't care ...more

I still think Sirona had no choice in the matter of how large the upfront payment was. Abbvie told them to take it or shove it.

I think one day before Sirona publishes the first financials with Abbvies royalties, Howie will say something like: "We at Sirona Biochem deliberately opted for a lower royalty payment percentage instead of searching new Partner who is interested in TFC1067."

The only reason a cash-strapped co. would opt for a lower upfront payment is they thought the Abbvie deal would catapult the stock price higher which would allow a less dilutive equity financing.
